Settings password wrong

Hi, I've recently had the Hub 3, haven't logged into the settings online, haven't changed any passwords etc. I've gone to set up the virgin connect and it's told me that my settings password is wrong. So I've tried logging into http://192.168.0.1 to see if i would be able to change it but I can't as I need the password to login and it Still continues to say its wrong, I've entered it manually and also scanned the label on the bottom of the box.

Daft question: Are you sure you're using the 'settings' password (should be 8 numeric digits)

If that doesn't work - Pin-hole reset the hub (hold it in for 60 seconds)
