I’ve just moved into a new flat and there’s only a standard wall socket and a BTOpenreach wall socket. Will either of those work for Virgin or do I need to have a Virgin wall socket installed?

Hi there,

it’s hard to say without seeing them. Maybe you could post a photograph? There is a chance they could be wired up for virgin media but generally our sockets would have a branding on them. This doesn’t mean that you can’t have it just means that we may need to put a socket inside. Have you placed an order? If you have then it would mean the property is perfectly serviceable. If you haven’t I am happy to check this for you
