Ive opted for a Quickstart package and have received what I believe to be two different routers and a Tv box. Im not quite sure what to do with all this and if two routers is even necessary. Have I received an extra one? I can't get through to virgin call centre because I dont have a password and it keeps asking for one. 

Any help would be appreciated 🙂

Welcome to the forums.

You should only have received one hub.

You are lucky!!!  Lot's of people would love to receive even one hub   rolf.gif

Seriously though

Set up one of the hubs and the set top box - then call the activation number  0800 953 9500.

You will need the serial number from the hub you are setting up, it should be on the base (so they can activate the correct one) and also your account and area number.

Keep hold of the "spare" one for the time being, just in case VM deactivate the other one - after a couple of weeks with no issues you can return the "spare" one by requesting returns packaging /request-returns-pack
