Set up on NTL wall socket

Hi 

I bought a self install pack and I was trying to install today on a ntl wall socket but it doesn’t seem to work 

green light on wifi 

green light on internet 

white on base light 

which I thought was all working but then I tried to connect it doesn’t work and the green lights goes off 

Can anyone please help?
