Hello, hoping you can help me I received my 3.0 on Wednesday, connected through the ethernet cable (no wall outlet for coaxial) the hub has been flashing green, tried restarting a few times. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated, thanks CactusJackson me

It will only work when connected to coax. Try tracing the wire from the outside omnibox. If you cannot find one then call the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 8AM- 9PM Monday - Friday or 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday

Thanks for the tip I searched for an omnibox with no luck so a technician is counting out Friday thanks for the support and help
