Set up issue

I can not get past the configuring network settings on my cisco tivo box. I have been on the phone now for over an hour and still no fix can some help i have been trying to fix this for the last 5 hours. I have turned the box off and on and still no luck.

If its a new box it needs to be activated by a phone call.
