hi i have cancelled services which were meant to stop on 19/03/2021 .today I rang to cancel telephone and the virgin guy managed to stop my services with immediate effect. he then resent the reconnection form and said services will resume 0-72 hours. i am without telephone, no tv no intert
can any one look into it please?
