I have done a complete reboot of all items. Including removal of cables etc. I've been on the phone to CS but keep getting told that is my hub that's the problem. However, I tried to inform the CS team that my neighbours have the same problem, but still they kept reading from the script and not helping.
At present there is no reported faults in the area, but it seems to be a junction problem as I'm not the only one impacted by this.
Can the team here actually check for the problem or take this post as a reporting of a fault.
I have a v6 tv box which is showing codes w02 and after reboot s101.hub 3.0 just has a green flashing bar with no other lights on.
