Hi I have recently moved into my new address which I cannot find on virgin media postcode checker.

can someone please assist from the techno team as I desperately need to have a new virgin media internet connection.

That usually mean that you cannot have VM at your address.

Are there any VM customers around you? Any VM street cabinets and brown/white omniboxes on the outside walls of the houses? Are you in flat or a house?
