Service request

I have an appointment booked for tomorrow, on the VM app it says it is a "Service Request". What type of appointment is this and does someone need to be at my property for it to go ahead, as the appointment was only made today and I dont know if I can get tomorrow off to be there for it.

Someone will need access to the outside of your property, so if they can access your frontage without someone being there it'll be fine (about 90% of households). However, if you have a private driveway and locked gates at the bottom, then you'll need to make arrangements, but I wouldn't worry about it yet as they'll let you know if they can't access what they need to.

Thanks, they can access the outside of my house. I've waited 7 months for this installation so I'd like there to be no more issues that prevent it.

If it's a special request appointment then it would not be the install, but the work that's done outside.
