Hi, on my installation date they came down to put some cables into the pavement and said they couldn't finish the job due to a car being parked car over their box. expected a phone call back but nothing, I called up and apologised and that I need to re-book an installation date. the only problem is that my current internet, phone provider ends at least a week before the new installation date. aslo, on my appointments it says service request, can someone please advise me on what to do and what a service request is.
