My quick start package has arrived but I believe it needs activating as it currently says access denied when checking the internet. 

I tried called two numbers to activate but the offices are closed due to Coronavirus.

Please can someone get in touch to help with this???

Thank you so much for fixing my problem!!!  I have a happy household now, my 2 kids are over the moon as being isolated in the house is getting to them now!!!!!  😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁
