Self install

We have set up our self install internet but the green light is flashing and has been for at least 2 hours, checked connection and the WiFi icon is lit up green but devices not connecting… any advice much appreciated

Hi @lucy333 

I'm sorry you are having issues. It's probably doing that because the box hasn't been activated yet.

You need to call 0800 953 9500 to activate the box. You will need the box serial number, and your account number and area code.

How is your connection looking at the moment, have you contacted the number that @newapollo, suggested to activate your hub?
