Self install kit not working

Hi,

Received a self install kit today and plugged it into both the virgin sockets in the house but both led to a green wifi light and flashing green power light.

The virgin app just says my service isn't connected yet, but my service should be starting today.

Have you tried the activation number 0800 953 9500?
