Self install kit not activating

Received self install kit on Saturday but even after a two hour call still not up & running.

Now told that we need to call again so another two hours on hold Can anybody help us please?

Still not setup and the promised callback today never happened. Poor service and we haven’t even started getting the service we signed up for.

Good luck. 

I have had to book an engineer visit for Thursday.

The green flashing light for me means loose connection, but cannot find any loose connection inside the house and expect this is outside only.

Unfortunately, the call centre are not helpful at all. Hoping the engineer visit will sort, and then likely to raise a complaint of the call service. Good going Virgin after less than 24 hours of being a new customer.
