Self install kit cable short

I have just recieved my self install kit for broadband and tv and the supplied cable that connects to the wall box is only about 1.5m long and wont reach my tv unit I need one about 3m I have tried to contact customer support but could not get through anybody got any ideas where I can get a longer cable from ?  thanks

Your issue is that it is specialised cable. VM only have it in short pre-made lengths which won't adversly affect signal levels. If longer cables are required this then needs a tech visit with the cables made up on site & adjustments can be made inside the street cabinet if levels need adjusting. There should be no callout charge if you ring up immediately & get something arranged.
