Self install issue

Collected my modern yesterday, when first connected the base light flashed green so I left it for 24 hours.

Still doing it now though, the cable is in securely and there doesn’t seem to be any issues with the internal or external box.

Attempted to call but it looks quite busy at the moment, is there any possibility the cable is disconnected at the cabinet (last had Virgin over 10 years ago)?

have you activated it - if you have try again - if that does not work then you need a tech - keep trying on the phone - VM will get to the thread but might take them a day or two

Yeah received the activation text first thing this morning, have tried re-activating via phone but base light still flashing green.

Will try calling again in the morning.
