Self install broadball problem

Hi hope someone can help me .I have tried to self install new hub and tv box .i have a solid white light on the hub but cannot get any internet it says internet access denied .unable to get though on the phone hope someone can help .many thanks in advance

I hadn't but I googled the number and tried automated line said we haven't been able to activate your equipment we will put you through to someone but apparently they are closed.
