Most of Christmas Day without internet - service status said it would be fixed by 4pm,...it came back about 10pm.
Boxing Day has begun the same way. Service status says it’s all fine,... it’s not.

I have tried rebooting the router, but still no internet. I’ve also launched a test of my connection from the VM website, which helpfully tells me my equipment might be turned off,...it’s not.
