Second Hitron Router still drops line 2-3 times a day.
We are on our second Router now, and our line keeps on dropping 2-3 times a day, sometimes it even hangs and has to be manually rebooted. the logs do not mean that much, but can figure out the router is talking to a Virgin CTMS some where and I am wondering if this is faulty. Here is a copy of the logs. at each of the warning messages, that is roughly when the line goes down. There is even a Critical error in there. Only had the router 24 hours.
