Had a re-pull scheduled for 4th October due to an inadequate connection for the services we use. Nobody showed up. I’ve chased it for a number of days since, and the response has always been that an engineer will be attending (on the day I happen to call). Again, nothing.
I appreciate that this is apparently a common occurrence; however, it seems like calling doesn’t seem to help.
Can somebody advise my next steps?
