Hello all I'm hoping someone can offer some advice. I am constantly having my broadband drop out often on a daily basis and I'm also suffering from picture break up on my TV. Both problems happen at any time. I am re-setting (powering down) my hub on a daily basis now.
I have spoken to VM on more than several occasions now (last call took 37 mins) and all I am getting is "we can't see any problem". I am keeping a record now of every time this happens and I have even taken photo's of the break up of the picture on the TV. I have checked all connections at my end.
Anyone having the same problems? I am getting to a point with this where it's beyond a joke.
