SYNC Timing Synchronization failure - Loss of Sync

Hi,

I have been suffering intermittent loss of broadband service over the past few weeks, in the router logs there are lots of the following logged.

SYNC Timing Synchronization failure - Loss of Sync

RCS Partial Service;

It happens every 15 minutes or so, and started a couple of weeks back. I have had very good service prior to this.

I'm not aware of any changes to the cabling, but I have ensured the connections are tight, and correct between the router and where the cable disappears outside the property. 

It's a Hub 3.0 running software version 9.1.1802.613

Hi, thanks for the reply. There has been no improvement I’m afraid. The intermittent loss of connectivity continues, with errors being written to the routers logs as before.

when the issue happens, packets directed at the internet seem to be dropped or have very long round trip times, over 1500ms. This will typically happen once every 10-15 minutes and lasts for about 5-10 seconds before going back to normal. 

It affects all devices regardless of them being wired or wires-less. An example of this would be whilst trying to watch Netflix the picture is degraded or the video buffers every 10-15 minutes.
