You can either call in (08:00 is the best time) or wait on here for a few days (6 to 7 days average) until one of the VM Forum Staff comes along.

If you wait on here Do Not bump the thread it will put it further down the VM 'to do list'.

Been on the phone 45mins now. I just want my box on. It's so annoying I just wish I had left now. I am trying to install my v6 box.

It hasnt been activated - call the "activation line" 0800 953 9500.

You will need the box serial number (on its barcode sticker) , and your account and area number.

You could also try contacting New accounts and Set Up for them to complete the setup and activation.
That would be options 1,1,1 and 4 if dialling 150 from a Virgin landline , or options 1,1,2 and 4 if dialling 0345 4541111 from any other phone – calling at 08.00 is the best time for getting through quickly,

Or text them on 07533 051809 - replies may take longer
