The red light is an overheat warning.

The advice is to do a factory reset, & if the red light persists, the hub must be replaced.

There are hubs that are giving a false warning, but it should not be ignored.

I will escalate this thread to the Forum Team so they can get this resolved.

Hi Dicovery,

Welcome to the Community and thank you for posting.

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing an issues with your Hub showing a red light.

As nodrogd has advised, this can mean that the equipment is overheating so we would recommend a reboot.

As the red light is still showing, we will need to run some checks from our side and potentially arrange a visit from our technical team. To do this, I will pop you over over a private to take some details and this will be available via the purple envelope on the top right of this page.

In the meantime, please ensure your Hub is kept in an open, well ventilated space and powered down over night and when leaving the property unattended.

Speak soon,

Nat
