I just got my quick start kit. Plugged it in and called virgin media to activate my kit around 5 hours ago still no connection still flashing the quickstart line says my connection is activated and can't get to anyone on the phone.
I just went out to see where the inner wall socket was connected to the house on the outside. and it seems like the some worker cut the cabling to the house. I was wondering as to how i can get a engineer to come to the house since no one is answering the phone lines.
