Modem/router has again reset itself to factory settings again yesterday, losing passwords, SSID’s etc. This is in spite of the engineer visit last week which clearly hasn’t fixed the problem. What next please?
maybe one problem maybe two - flasking green light is extenal fault but that [normally] would not cause hub to reset

it might be meaningless until internet comes back but post it all the same then post it again when internet returns
log into hub3 - 192.168.0.1 [or 192.168.100.1 if in modem mode] - DON'T SIGN IN, click - click router status [centre of screen] - and post the downstream and upstream figures - to see those press on the grey buttons/boxes labeled - upstream - downstream
