Those are common errors and can appear even with a working connection,

Are you having problems with your internet disconnecting?

hi

yes i keep having to reboot my router often, also have factory reset my router till getting the same errors and issues

log into hub3 - 192.168.0.1 [or 192.168.100.1 if in modem mode] - DON'T SIGN IN, click - click router status [centre of screen] - and post the downstream and upstream figures - to see those press on the grey buttons/boxes labelled - upstream - downstream

if its an earlier hub button is top right

Post the network log in full, along with the Downstream and Upstream power levels and Pre and Post RS errors.  Just copy and paste the text, do not use screenshots please.

nothing obvious other than the downstream power levels are near the top of the recommended range. The T3's could be due to some noise ingress. Please heck with Area faults on  0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150 to see if there are any problems in your area. Then wait to a VM staff member get to your post.

thanks, the problem here is when talking to the useless VM support over the phone they seem ignorant to what the issue is and unwilling to help

Hi @josephmorsi thanks for posting and welcome to our community.

Sorry to hear your hub is frequently re-booting.  I would like to take a look into this on your behalf.  I am going to send you a private message.

Regards
