Router disconnection

For the past few days I have been getting internet disconnection, the routers main light starts flashing white first and then all the lights go red and then the main light starts flashing green, then the other lights go green and the phone goes red, then they all go green and then go off, sometimes that’s the end of it is back connected and sometimes it doesn’t connect and does the above all over again.

i have included the routers log to show the errors that are happening.

Phone customer services and report the fault.

I've run a check on your connection and there are currently some issues showing with the hubs power levels that may be the cause here. We'll need to arrange an engineer visit to get them adjusted so I'll send you a PM (purple envelope, top right corner) to get this arranged.
