Hi,
I set up a broadband package with your company and was told my router would be delivered on the 8th July. This hasn’t happened and im struggling to chase this. I’ve had no contact from yodel the designated delivery company and I have been given no account number to logon to the website to track this package or to contact customer services. I am finding I have no way of finding out where my router is, please advise.
