Rolling contract or contract less than 18 month

Hello , 

I would like to know if there are fiber contracts with a duration lower than 18 month.

I found this rolling contract page here : Rolling contract | Virgin Media 

But when I scroll down and I click on "Plan details" for M50 Fibre Broadband for example , it says "18 months" 
So I'm a bit confused ...

And is there any 6 or 12 month contracts for fiber broadband ?
