Hi,
My order for installing broadband and a landline shows a service request appointment. I believe this is regarding pulling the line to my property as my original appointment with the engineer wasn't successful as he told me a line should have already been pulled but it wasn't.
The appointments have been rescheduled (engineer coming Saturday 23rd) but my service request appointment has been rolling over every day since Friday 16th.
Is it likely this has already been done without me seeing it take place and a glitch on the My Orders or is going right down to the wire to get it pulled in time?
I currently work from home so getting broadband is essential. If it can't be sorted this Saturday I need to know ASAP so i can try to make other arrangements, although this will be difficult during lockdown.
