Returning VM equipment

I cancelled my contract over two weeks ago whilst in the cooling off period and was advised that I would receive packaging to return the superhub within around 10 days. Well its almost a week after that 10 days and I've received nothing. I actually have the hub fully boxed up as I received it, so if a returns label is provided I could send the whole thing back.

Would be appreciated if this could be sorted as I'm fed up of it sitting on my sofa and I certainly don't fancy being charged for a non-return.
