Returning Kit

I have upgraded my account to a V4 modem etc. And I am supposed to return my equipment via collectplus.  I live alone, I have a lung condition, and I'm not very strong. I don't drive anymore because of same.  Is there any other way to return the kit?

Hi DudleyBrooke,

Thank you for your post. If you have received new equipment we would normally request the old equipment returned. 

Can you confirm what equipment you had prior to this new device?

Was it the Hub 3 or an older one?

It was a hub3 and the TV box.
