I took my EQ to my local collect plus and they didnt accept the return parcel, because the bar code on the label was invalid.
Can you please explain this?
I have been trying to get through to VM since last night and I am not getting any help???

I do apologise that the parcel wasn't accepted due to the bar code, it's not what we like to hear.
Have you been able to sort this with the team since your post?
If not then we'd need to send out some more returns packaging which you can do yourself from here.
