Hi, I've also seen the previous posts re this subject and am hoping someone from the Virgin team can contact me. I have been unsuccesful so far, having used chat where I was promised an email, but this has not arrived.
We are having work done on the outside of the house and need to reroute the external cables around the extension, not over the roof as they are currently positioned.
We understand there is a charge for this which was £25, is this still the case?

AFAIK the £25 fee is still correct. However if there is major work to be done, not too sure if that is covered.
