Need to activate my new TV box.
Replacing faulty tv box.
broadband all up and running.
have error code s102. Tv channels will not load on new tv box.
apparently it needs an activation signal.
can anyone help with this.. don’t really want to spen 2hrs on the phone explaining to VM..

It could take a week for VM to respond here so maybe best to phone your fault in.
I've Googled this and lots of your error around in your case from reading it seems it is your serial number that's wrong in their records because of box being changed.
