My sister in law is a new VM customer; she has just moved house. The exterior Virgin Media “omni box” cover at the new property is missing, so the coaxial cables and splitter are exposed to the elements!
Please could we arrange for a new omni box to be fitted?
She will need to call in to get it fixed - call it in on 150 (VM Phone - free) or 0345 454 1111 (any other phone - national rate). Calling at 08.00 midweek (09.00 Sun) is the best time to get through quickly. Although some people are still reporting getting through fine at other times with no long waits.
A VM person can help sort it on here when they get here in a day or so but will need to be in contact with the account holder and not a 3d party
