Replacement coaxial cable

Hi,

I need a replacement coaxial cable as my current one broke - the bit you grip at the end came off. I believe VM should provide the cable. Can someone from VM help with this, please?

The engineer visited and replaced the cable - making up a screw on cable which looks great and a more secure connection to the wall socket and router. As far as I know I wasn’t charged for the callout.
