Hi,
Is there a way toorder a replacement F-Plug satellite cable please?
The installation engineer used an extremely long one unnecessarily and I need a standard length one so I don't have a load of spare cable tied up.

if this is a new install why did the tech make such a long cable - if you are in the first 14 days ring retentions and tell them you are not happy and are thinking of leaving - sure they will sort a tech out foc
if its an old install then again why did the tech use such a long cable - sounds strange

Thanks for the replies.
It was 12 months ago now but the context of the long cable is that the engineer tacked it along the skirting board and over the door frame etc. so the box was near to the TV. I'm not a technical person but we have HDMI cables under the floor from behind the TV to the front of the house where the he drilled through so I have since removed the tacked cable and just connected the box to the TV via the HDMI so hence having a whole reel of cable left.
He was complaining about being a service engineer and being asked to do installs at the time so...
