Remote working with tv and soundbar

Can I use my v6 remote to work the tv and soundbar at the same time as I can only get one or the other to work not both

Only one is allowed. Pair with the soundbar to change volume.

Set it to the TV first and then the sound bar, you can have both

You can pair the TV and then the the soundbar but the volume/mute commands will get overridden for the soundbar are will therefore no longer work for the TV.

You can absolutely have it on both. Do the TV first and then the sound bar.
