I just moved in a new flat and I signed up for Virgin. Received my Quickstart today and plugged it in, pretty easy since the previous tenant had installed a Virgin wall socket.
Absolutely no problem to connect to the Wifi network but I don't have any internet connection.
When I visit the Hub settings page there is an "Internet(Registration failure)" message.
I tried to resolve this with the online chat but they ask me a password nobody ever gave me (I registered through a partner). Without that password, I can't book an engineer to come to inspect the line.
