Registering my account

  • Anyone else having a problem trying to register their account? This is not exactly filling me with confidence in virgin media. Took ages to get through on phone. Told we’re having problems with site. After a week it is still not working. Tried using text service. What a waste of time that was! Got 5 days left of cooling off period from installation to cancel. Seriously thinking of doing just that. Never had these problems with SKY. Guess you get what you pay for!!??!

Heya, 

I just joined to, to see if I can get an answer here, I've had Virgin Media three weeks and haven't been able to register for my virgin media either.

We can take a small amount of solace we're not alone I've learnt from reading other posts.

you need everything like your account number and area number to registering for online acccount this is nomaly take 4 weeks after your frist bill is payed for thats for 2 mouths

Well that’s suspicious!  Suddenly works after 4 weeks!?!  Cooling off period over by then so you wouldn’t be able to cancel after that.  Hmmm 😞
