Registering address for fibre

I called to sign up for 1GB plan today as Fibre is available for my post code however for my specific building number they’re saying the property isn’t registered. Yet, my 3 neighbours that share the post code all have Fibre. What is the process needed to have my building registered so I can now sign up for fibre. The service agent was not aware and I would like to be able to sign up asap.

Don't mark this post as solving your problem - I feel you require a response from a VM Moderator.

We are a VM Fibre area, each property has a small Virgin Media or CATV connector box
or hatch at the boundary of the property, if you can identify one of these for your property
it could aid your cause of being added to the available list.

Cheers, thank you. I had someone from Virgin call me today and say they just need to make a minor change to have my house show up as registered for Fibre. Should take ~10 days. Hoping this solves it but will keep the community updated incase someone runs into similar issues in the future.
