Registering a new address

Hi there,

We have just moved into a new build but our address (despite being registered) doesn’t show up on your database. We spoke with somebody yesterday who manually added the address so it was visible in the drop down menu on your website. It’s now disappeared again! Can you re-add please? Thanks
