Refix Loose Cables

Hi,

i work in the repairs department at SW9 Community Housing, a housing association. The cables coming out of the box on the wall have dropped from their fixing and are hanging loose.

I have forwarded the details over to the Area Field Manager now asking them to get in touch with you. Sometimes they come back to us directly with an update but other times they contact you direct.
