Refer a friend

I have received my first bill but my £50 credit is not showing. I applied it to my order when setting up...

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

Sorry to hear that you can't see your refer a friend credit has been applied, this ins't what we like to hear. 

When you signed up to the services, was this after a friend had sent you an email to refer you and show you the packages we had to offer?

Could it have been applied to the bill but has covered any installation fee's?

Hi Emma,

Yes I had an email referral from my friend. There were no installation costs as I self set up.

We'd like to see what we can do to help.

 

Are you aware if the friend who has referred you has received their credit?

 

We assume that you signed up for services using the link in the refer a friend email? 

 

There are also some other criteria that apply such as not having disconnected cable services within the last six months and there is a also a limit on the number of friend referrals that a customer can make.

 

Any information that you can provide in relation to this would be much appreciated.

Hi, I am unsure if my friend has received her credit. I believe I am the only friend she had referred. I followed the email link when ordering so would expect the credit on my first bill as per your T&Cs.
