have just received my first bill, and the refer a friend £50 discount hasn't been taken off the overall bill. Does this mean I haven't received the discount or is it just not included in the bill breakdown? Thanks in advance for any advice 😁

It usually means it needs to be checked as for a new customer it should be o their first bill.
