Red light permantly on

The Red light on my Hub 3.0 has been permanently on for a couple of weeks now.  Resetting of the box did not correct it  The box is not warm to touch.  There are no loose cables. 

Any ideas?

the answer is in the 1st post @Zak_M - they have reset the hub3 as is the usual request - the next step afaik is for you to book a tech

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome back, sorry to see you are still facing a possible Hub overheat due to the Red light being on permanently, I have had a look our end and cannot see any issues, your Router isn't in Modem mode as can be a reason for the colour change, So I can help further and arrange either a Technician or a replacement, I will send you an invite into a private chat, once received click on the purple envelope to start?
