I’ve been getting the same problem, I’ve tried everything possible also. The virgin media icon on the router flashes red every time I reset, I can’t even turn the router on anymore. Would a replacement be sufficient or would you recommend any or other solutions. Thank you Aaron

I had this problem last year through summer, chatted with VM in live chat but you said it was not a problem, i shouldn't have to use a fan to keep it cool which I did through summer.  Now it's freezing outside and the last two nights I've had the blue logo flashing red and it is warmer than usual.

I've had the super hub 1 for years, I think it's on its way out

it was last summer I spoke in live chat,,  the problem didn't get sorted. It is only going to get worse, ordered the v6 box comes on 13th, that is going to

put more load on the hub 1

I ordered the v6 26th feb,, the v6 has just arrived along with a hub 3.

I will install the new gear tomorrow.

another question Jen_A,  i'm a gamer and I've read that there is a problem with latency with the hub 3, Is that ever going to be fixed or will we see a hub 4 soon ?

Ah I'm glad you've managed to get a replacement Hub. Hopefully that will sort things out for you. We do have new firmware currently being trialled which is resolving a number of reported issues but we've no news yet on a Hub4 version Smiley Happy
