I’ve been getting the same problem, I’ve tried everything possible also. The virgin media icon on the router flashes red every time I reset, I can’t even turn the router on anymore. Would a replacement be sufficient or would you recommend any or other solutions. Thank you Aaron
I had this problem last year through summer, chatted with VM in live chat but you said it was not a problem, i shouldn't have to use a fan to keep it cool which I did through summer. Now it's freezing outside and the last two nights I've had the blue logo flashing red and it is warmer than usual.

Ah I'm glad you've managed to get a replacement Hub. Hopefully that will sort things out for you. We do have new firmware currently being trialled which is resolving a number of reported issues but we've no news yet on a Hub4 version
